Information & Fees

 

I offer a free 30 minute face to face introductory session and if you decide you would like to have counselling, sessions are then 50 minutes and individual sessions are charged at £50, duo counselling or intergenerational mediation at £70. I accept cash and bank transfer.

 

The amount of sessions you have will depend on you and what you feel you need.  We can agree to a fixed amount say 6 or 12 but it could be more open ended.  We will review every 3-6 sessions to check in with where you feel you are and how you feel it is progressing. 

 

Some of the issues I work with include anxiety, transitions, loss/bereavement, relationships, anger, low self esteem, self harm, work related stress, low mood and body image. 

 

I work online or at Hove Counselling and Psychotherapy at two locations: 148 Portland Road, BN3 5QL or 177 Westbourne Street, BN3 5FB

– they are both in parking zone R, hourly rate £1.80, and are well connected for buses 49, 2, 25, 46 and the closest train station is Aldrington or Hove.
