Counselling allows you to explore this in a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space with somebody who is impartial. I hope to create a warm welcoming environment so we can work together to develop tools and resources to create a more fulfilling life for you.
I work with people aged 13 and above, from any ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, cultural background, neurodiversity etc and can help you with a wide range of issues including:

About Me
I completed my post graduate diploma in humanistic counselling from Brighton University in 2011 and have been practicing as a counsellor since then. I am BACP registered and work within their ethical guidelines. As part of my annual CPD (Continuing Professional Development) I have done a wide range of courses which will also influence how I work, including:

I have worked with the YMCA in secondary schools for over ten years and volunteered with Mediation Plus providing intergenerational mediation for struggling families in East Sussex. I worked with PATCHED providing one to one counselling and duo counselling for families and friends supporting someone with addiction.
I have an enhanced DBS for working with young people under the age of 18.
I enjoy travelling, reading and walking with my dog.
