About Me

I have over thirteen years experience in counselling and have a post graduate diploma in humanistic counselling from Brighton University.  I am BACP registered and work within their ethical guidelines.  As part of my annual CPD (Continuing Professional Development) I have done a wide range of courses which will also influence how I work, including:

  • CBT

  • Trans Awareness

  • Teenage brain and anxiety

  • Intergenerational mediation

  • Suicidal tools

  • Self harm

  • Autism and ADHD

I have worked with the YMCA in secondary schools for over ten years and volunteered with Mediation Plus providing intergenerational mediation for struggling families in East Sussex.  I worked with PATCHED providing one to one counselling and duo counselling for families and friends supporting someone with addiction.

I enjoy travelling, reading and walking with my dog.
